But since Polish is my primary language I get a bonus of understanding quite a lot of other slavic languages. No problems with Czech or Slovak for instance.
On the other hand slav languages are a bit different then other languages. For instance - looking at Ukraine - you can draw a straight line from Lviv to Donetsk and get a smooth transition from Polish to Russian dialects.
But from own experience I can tell German and Russian are widelly used in TpF communities.
Haha, it's necessary to master more than one foreign language..
I can only speak Chinese and English now...
But Russian and German, I'm really not familiar with it..
Recent chat with Austrian and German model author ... English communication is OK, German, I still have to see translation software to understand.

I may be wrong to use the Ukrainian police station pictures for MOD texture. .

In Russia police is ПОЛИЦИЯ (policija). Old soviet style militia would be spelled МИЛИЦИЯ (milicija). In models above you used Ukrainian I, rather then Russian И.
