I think the only advice would be for the author to re-do them, or remove from workshop.
This one seems to work, one of just a few out of the whole series.

@ Dazflint- Happy to say, this and regency_hotel_1x2_A have loaded into C:S but still unable to find any reason on my end as to why your previous 19 regency assets fail to load.
