Hi, i love your mods but these one dont work for me. I try to enable rico on hin, and when I prop he simple dissapear, I only see the ground market, but the building is not showing.

I update the version very soon, more modern and with new vanillla model

love the look of this building but, others are right, complains about land value right on top of high land value, unsubscribed

This asset didn’t have any problem !!!
If you have the complain « land value » it’s due to a lack of service around the building ...

Now I know why you call your asset screwsky. Anyone who subscribes to it gets screwed with constant low land value. Please fix this.

As soon as this is built it then instantly complains about low land value.
