Nope, but there is a mod called "NPC SST Weapons Version 2" and you can give those guns to npcs

Seems like the menu is hidden for some reason. tried reinstalling but it never came out. altough i do have tried it on the first time and i love it. sadly it seems to be lost after that

hold Q (or press f1) go to weapons and there should be "starship troopers SWEPS" if this wont help try to unistall and install this mod
