To delete it entirely, you have to go into your gmod addon folder and delete it from there.

I seem to have the same problem as @level94836, Disabling then uninstalling does no difference. Anyone know how to fix this?

does not require cs, the hand texture is actaully different than the one in cs. they just look similar.
