Great job! Really captures the bougie nightmare of gentrified inner city living, I can almost feel the eviction notices of old houses scheduled for redevelopment projects when I place the duplexes down.

I love these! Can you do some classic Chicago 2,3,4-flats? I've been dying for those. I've tried to make them myself but my 3d design skills are lacking :(
