Dont blame me for stupid game, you can not create a ped path looking the other side of the road, game doesn't allow it in asset editor tool because of angle limitations.

I think I'm too stupid for this. I've always wondered why the underground elevators work so strange, now I found out. The damned platform is on the opposite side of the one pointing to the road. How am I supposed to make an overpass with that?

You can combine underground elevator and elevators to bridges. Place them next to each other and you have 3 level elevator
