You need to have Zombie Panic! Source installed and mounted for them to show up, mojswaby.
Yes, Greetings from thailand, you can spawn these player models as ragdolls, though Zombie Panic! Source needs to be installed and mounted in order for them to have textures.

These player models appear to have been completely broken by the 3.0 update to Zombie Panic! Source. Until either Garry fixes the directory in which Garry's Mod looks for Zombie Panic! Source files or I can figure out where the files are myself, these player models will be textureless and have no TFA-VOX lines.
