if you ever saw an epi-pen IRL, that's exactly what the stim is

Sigfig Adrenaline causes a massive energy and strength boost. Adrenaline shots in games do this exact thing with the exception of not causing them to get knocked out afterward. Secondarily Epinephrine (AKA Adrenaline) is usually contained within a yellow injector. As you can see in the image, the injector has yellow on the button and tip of the pen and as far as i can see there isnt a single work on the injector to say it isnt epinephrine nor what it contains. TLDR if you dont like it dont install the damn mod and stop whining about it.

Calling the stim adrenaline is just factually incorrect. Adrenaline is a neural transmitter, the stim has steroids.

The only differences between American English and British English is our word choice and spelling. With vernacular, we differ quite a bit - but I wouldn't consider either wrong (e.g apartment vs. flat, vacation vs. holiday). Our spelling is different, but to the extent that only one or two letters differ and both are understandable to the British and Americans.

It's funny that there's some heated Brits in here though. Really shows the pompous attitude the colonies despised. Drink some tea and settle down, I'll crack a cold one in the meantime.
