The mod should work with 1.25 as looking at the files the unit files haven't been edited sine like october 27th last year and this mod was last updated on January 17th this year.

So that means the mod should still work 100% fine with the current patch.

Thanks for finally removing the random nonsense ♥♥♥♥ combat, its been my biggest hatred since EU III and Victoria 2, Hearts of Iron the random factor does not exist and it makes combat vastly superior to anything I ever played as strategy games come.

The only thing I saw in Zwirbaum's files that needs updating is the define file. No new units although I didn't check if their stats had changed in this new patch.

I noticed you edit the WHOLE define file instead of just making a new one for the one thing(as far as I can tell you only need to edit one line for this mod) you change in the file.

Sorry if you explained this already but why do the galley perform badly (as you explain in the bottom of your description) ? Is it a bug or is it an engine limitation ?
(I'm a big galley user and RNG hater so your mod would be perfect if I could understand what to expect from galleys :steamhappy:)

Now i get it, great mod, everyone rolls 5 because the unit pips, so if the terrain do -2 penalty, the dice roll to the attacker will be 3?

@Ayumi - by changing unit pip values, it get's exactly the same result as if it would rolling 5. Dice appears as 0, because It's impossibile to mod the dice so it would always roll 5 - so I changed that it can only roll 0, while changed unit pips make it work as if it would be rolling 5 :)

@Ayumi - land combat is exactly as if both sides (defender and attacker) would roll 5 constantly. :)
