EAFPeacemaker pick up a book. There were two TV series about her and her cousion (The Anarchy) on BBC not all that long ago plus countless books written about her and Stephen.
She was formiddable and even escaped from being locked up in Oxford Castle. I prefer to call her Maud but her story and character deserves to be told.
It might be worth noting as you seem to be fed with female rulers that in the end she fought for SON to take the crown after Stephen died.

Oh, I like this, a very lesser-known leader of England (and disputed, too!)
sharing the same Civ ability is a little weird all things considered but if Hojo can have an electronics factory I suppose there's no reason to complain.
