There should be a meter with this, if you fill the bar all the way up you can perfrom a certain slam move or submission manuver, where the camera goes thirdperson and your character does the move on whatever npc you're fighting. Too much to be a thing?

It says in the picture "Gordon Hands", you guys obviously have no eyes. It uses the Gordon Freeman hands for fists.
