There is also a \content folder in wich alot of .vpk´s are stored, is it technically possible to just store it there?

Zenous it is a possibility but many have voiced their gratitude with the fact that the menu mods are compatible with other menu music mods. I can possibly make a menu music mod using that piece and you can use both mods in conjunction with each other.

Lithium no, it's simply not possible without sacrificing the quality and diversity of the footage. I do have a Commonwealth version up and a US forces one on the way.
