I don't know why you made this but I love it.

GIMP is the image editing software I use (I use it to edit the model's VTF's with a VTF editing plugin) and the material I use with is a VTF with a layer mask over it, with a VMT containing the instructions about which textures to colour and how to colour them

What is the gimp?

I retexture the models textures using gimp, put the materials/models in a new directory, decompile the model, change its material path, and recompile the model.
