And now it just comes up with an error and doesn't work (even when I have it as the only installed mod.)
This is definitely the flimsiest mod I've tried for this game. I would not recommend installing.

So you say you added animations and sound...
I take it you forgot to actually add them after saying that. XD Maybe don't state a feature of the mod that isn't actually there. It's not good practice.

Hello. What's the music used in this version of the mod? This version of the mod causes the error message to pop up on the menu in game and doesn't show up in modded units. Meanwhile, the version with no music works just fine.

update: sound has been fixed sorry it took so long

i like the sound but not the sped up version slow down the sound and its golden

Should i make a version with no sound?

An update is coming out soon the fix the sound bug, any other suggestion on what to change in the mod?

@mindseyeman I have the same issue. I think its the mod and not your fault. They did something to the sound

i think you accidentally sped up the sound because now it sounds like hammering corrugated tin roofing in the distance and someone playing a violin in a storm drain(horribly i might add)

update: the tri-pod now has 50k health, animations have been slowed and it does a ton more damage

dont be too hyped these things die really easily and they dont do nearly enough damage that they should

but honestly it looking frozen would be better than that weird bouncing animation it has maybe slow down the animation cycle by about 10x also would it be possible to make it move faster? and implement the walkj cycle i provided?

would it be possible to animate the heat ray arms?

i will give it more health and damage, but i can't increase the firing speed without making it look frozen

yeah higher firing speed damage and health would be needed to give it the terror factor that it had in the books where if even one tripod came striding towards your location you were f#cked and besides to pull a quote from the musical "a few young men crept closer to the pit a tall funnel rose and an invisible ray of heat lept from man to man and there was a bright glare as each was INSTANTLY turned to fire every tree and bush became a mass of flames at the touch of this savage unearthly heat ray

@mindseyeman I do say they should be able to one shot most units like footmen, knights, and spartans. I think their hp should be in the 25k-50k. There's a dragon mod right now that has 50k hp that can could easily kill several of these tri-pods solo. If this mod get's fleshed out, it'll definitely become a 5 star mod.

@Mindseyeman Uhh sorry to say this, but we can't customize our modded units yet.

also the tripods didnt bounce like the ones in the addon perhaps just slow that animation down by about 4x and move the laser origin point a bit higher

perhaps just increase the rate of fire for now because the tripods fired faster than that also could you make the actual base unit for it like something huge so it doesnt fall over too often? also could you open this for unit customization so i could modify it when the animations are made? also you dont have to release the whole addon again just update it

i am working the walking and death animation. making a ray gun isn't possible but when it is i will add it

model is good and all but lack of animation kind of makes it not that good perhaps an idea for a death animation is one of the forward legs buckles and the whole thing tips forward as it attempts to take one more stride (also please make the modifications i requested)
