The great person at that point in the game works really well, to my way of thinking.
The +1 faith, +1 GreatPerson on the other hand, as Jise mentions, is underwhelming (read: useless) at this point in the game.

Nice to see the towers added. My father was the project manager and oversaw the construction.

I worked in Cesar Pelli's office in the mid-90s while this was being designed.... it was a gruelling process. Wish we had these as a building graphic for in-game!
