When I start up the game, I'll have a look to see if this city is still available. It's quite old now and if I was building Houston again, I would do it differently. The housing stock would be Big Suburban Houses. There are a lot more industrial and high rise assets available today too. If you do a search through "collections", I bet you can find American skyscrapers, suburbs and industry etc.
If I had the time, I would actually like to have another attempt at Houston, because it really is a great example of the classic American downtown. This time, I would probably create it as a map, rather than a saved game.

Is there any way you could upload the save game in the second photo with the completed city? I've been looking for props and assets to help fill this map, but i can't seem to find any.

Yes you can make unique buildings if you are a modder. You can also adjust existing buildings, using the Procedural Objects Mod. Thanks for the comments about the map. So did the map load up for you and work fine? Some people have had issues and others have not. It's difficult to know what the specific issue is?

Downloaded, map could not load. Loaded once but the roads wouldn't appear, then tried again and couldn't get past loading screen. I downloaded all requirements. Not sure what the problem is.

No, but i was considering making a map of the port area or to the south where the Space Center is. Maps just take so long and it's hard to get all the projects done that I'd like to.

I uploaded another version. It might have less roads on it, but i could not find this version, which might have been the problem.

If it isn't too much of a hassle that would be great. I've tried everything I can im not sure whats going on because it used to work for me too. I went into content manager and downloaded all the missing mods/assets used in the saved game and still the same problem: the map just will not populate.

Well, there are 358 subscribers and I'm very cautious about removing this, since so many people appear to be using it. I really don't know what the issue is?
The best i could do is upload another version and keep this existing one so that nobody is adversely affected.

Any up-date on a reupload?

Thanks for trying, I re-subscribed to this map but it still doesn't work, in fact it crashes a lot too. Could you please re-upload?

I've removed those items from the list. I would have thought that this map would load up without them anyway. In these early days, i used to add too much required DLC and required items. If it doesn't work without them, I'll re-upload.

@j_nobbs if I had to take a guess i'd say the map is now broken due to the Roads United Core + being tied to it, which that mod is now out of date. Any chance of a re-upload? I love this map. Thanks!

@j_nobbs im also having the same issue as the other guy. My population is stuck at 0. I've played on this map before without issue a couple of months ago. Now my population will not grow.

I'm not sure what the problem is? You actually don't need everything i listed. Only Network 2. I added too many requirements.

I have downloaded all the mods I need, but my population has not grown, it has been 0. However, when I first played this archive, he was normal.
