Mods do not block updates

I have a question if valo citiy gets updated with this mod installed in my computer the city will get updated??

Hard work != good work.
It looks good in places, but the poles and the grass are terrible. The city already ran far worse than it should and implementing these changes before improving the engine was flatout stupid.
There's no rule that states that I'm not allowed to be critical or to express hate/my opinion, the flag is invalid.

this is an insult to the hard work that the team has put into to make this game better. i suggest you retitle the description. flagged.
