Just tested it, works fine and just as it did years ago. The chair model texture is screwed up but it doesn't change the function.
If you're expecting something great out of this don't because it was made to be stupid and is stupid so only expect stupidity out of it. All it does is float around and spin and junk and look dumb.

I'm just getting a flyable ragdoll with a chair... I hope theres more to it, but maybe I'm missing something.

The guy near the end has a good idea though, find the dupe then save that dupe to your own personal dupes and then you have easy access to it.

In the Q menu on the far right theres a tab labeled "dupes" and thats usually where you find any dupes

It should show up under dupes, unless there was an update since the last time I played that changed that.
