this prob doesnt work bc the newest update overhauled a lot of ♥♥♥♥ and made the game more efficient. the downside is it also plays hell on all existing mods. (curse of the mod life m8's and why i quit modding my fav beta games haha)

Does not work with the current version. I consistently have to go into my HR managers and make people go on vacation. Only works for a few select employees out of a TON of people. Remove this mod.

Is there a way to add something to this to send everyone on vacation at once? I'm new to this game, so basically I kind of have a 'one of each' approach. So when one person goes out on vacation, I can either limp along, or just send the rest of them off too. Usually if one is unhappy, the rest are soon too. I'd rather be out 3 straight days, than be constantly partially running. Any thoughts?

The time? its hooked into the game to be done on every new day, this is done for perfomance reasons (otherwise I would have to check all the employees every hour, that hurts the gameplay too much)

I was sending my people on vacation at 50% mood that's why it took me a bit to figure it out so no worries, it was a user issue

This mod is very helpful, but one of my workers was at 99% and went on vacation. Please change that.

Also it made me happy when both of my designers went on vacation at the same time cause I have over 200 of each of their items in my inventory...

I'm really happy I read through the comments on this cause half the time my workers were getting below the 45% and I'd send them on vacation manually and it was pissing me off lol but now that I've figured out how it works this is actually great

I've set it to be on every new hour, but that was just wasting resources, plus who goes on vacation in the middle of the day, right! Good to hear it worked out :).
