Probably not.
But a quick search shows that FelmastProMcLane has updated some of my stuff and this is compatible with this , so you can basically get the same effect with those two mods. Plus it seems they added some extra content.

Hey, I tried to katyusa rocket artillery a fenrox but they didn't take a scratch. I then shot them in the face a few times but they still weren't damaged. Am i doing something wrong?

Yes, they should be mortal and killable. Did they witness you attacking a villager or something, they might be friendly towards you with if they don't see it happen. Try molotovs or something.

If they're still immortal something's broken, but I'm no longer doing Starbound mods so I'm fixing nothing, sorry.

Hello, yes, my Space Police seem to be immortal. Is this intentional? Or maybe one of my other mods is causing the problem, I dunno. Either way, I would like to be able to kill them, too.

Just a heads up, this mod appears to be incompatable with the Job Offers mod. Causes most npcs to be unrecruitable.

This is the same mod but without the villager killing part.

Probably not easy to make a toggle, and I haven't touched Starbound in like a year. Just put your weapon away in villages.

Option 1: Don't accidentally hit anyone.
Option 2: Kill the guards.
Option 3: Get killed?? Not sure if it works though, been a while since I made this.
Option 4: If you don't want to bash any villagers, use the Space Police only version.

How to make guards stop attacking you? It's annoying when i accidentaly hit someone and everyone just blasting me. Even tho I've came to village next day and everybody's nice to meet me, except guards

soooo the 1.4 update has bounty hunting where you can track criminals down, imagine if you had your OWN bounty with this mod, which would be a level kept in the files that determines how many cops are sent to you at a time. It would also be cool if at random, if you have a large enough bounty, cops teleport down to you. also more pets and maybe some vehicles for the cops?

Newly generated villagers and merchants won't give you quests, guards and colony deed villagers will.
