LOD still dodgy, so I've started plonking down the short diagonal USA Grant House and then dropping the no base 21 storey version over the top of it. Janky maybe, but works fine for me.

I Absolutely Will NOT stop using the USA Grant Houses.

I acknowledge that I need to redo the lod for this model to sort out the glitching. As soon as it is done I will update the asset.

I get a weird LOD flickering when I place this asset when zoomed out. Any chance you can add a few more LOD levels?

I love this whole series, I am using three of these buildings (one of which I've also downloaded the no-base version). I will echo AtlasArchitect though, that I get flickering and visual glitches when I zoom out, however for me these mostly appear in the ground/parking lot part of the asset. The towers themselves look fine.

i LOVE this, ive been hoping for so long someone would create more Tenement Style buildings

my only issue is that the edges of the buildings and floor sections are white flicker when my camera moves.

I guess its not game breaking, but it's most notable on the vetical edges of the towers. Otherwise, this is amazing !

Works for me. Yes, I know what you mean, I was asking due to the fact that this building could also be nice in some tight spots, but then again, I know its extra work, so it's ok if you wanna wait and see.. thanks! =)

Thanks for your interest. I left it pretty sparten in order for it to be decoratable and the footprint is realistic to the real world building however I will consider it after finishing the other 5 buildings in the set if there is enough demand based upon the consensus of feedback.

I like it, but would it be possible for you to upload the building without the actual parking lot and area around? like, just the building itself so we can plop it and decorate it the way we want instead of a fixed base?
