Idk, it used to be availabe to alot of the classes that had the sten but it seems some updates have taken that away now, might be able to find it on a couple of classes in coop.

Certain maps allow access to the Sten's suppressor and only on a limited amount of classes, such as the assault class if I remember correctly.
