Beautiful mod, perhaps one of the most useful. It greatly resolves the truck cargo station problem late game where there are massive traffic congestions, as well as allowing for many platforms, and greatly optimises the flow. Aesthetically it also is very nice and provides for a nice change of looks for the depots and cargo stations which otherwise would never change in appearance

@ mwhacker have to checked to actually see the mod is enabled, I've had them disable themselves on load at times and had to reload the mods into the saved game..

I agree with OysterRock we need straght indocks that allow the harbor to actually be out of the main water way they would work so much better then the game model's do the boats could easily leave going either direction some one at game fever make this a possiblity, mods to adjust water ways.. well all your transport games end in fever ..

Misplaced a station, now I can't remove it

Curious why playing a free game on a USA map I don't see the stations show up... I have the mod enabled. Thank you.

Please, Check your mods, they are all buggy, only with your mods I end up on the Desktop and I'm out of the Game.

Hey great mod! Any chance you might add a better harbor or two?

The game could sure use a loading dock that is configurable. I would like one that extends straight out into the water configurable distnces, and load 2, 4, or 6 ships at a time on either side.
Also a straight shoreline dock that can be configured longer or shorter and load 1 to 6 ships.

Those two harbors would allow construction of really good looking multi dock transportation hub harbors. very tired of the stock model and its weird awkward design. Found the left and right version on the workshop but its still lacking and limits the players creativity. Just a thought, not going to rage like a teenager if my ever desire isn't fullfilled :P

After adding a bunch of mods, including this one, I noticed how truck/bus stations block each other out at times. I suspect this mod as it adds new stations and depots. However, I also added the mod for the 70's truck station which could be the problem.

For example: having a truck station on a city road, placing another one along the same road gives a collision error marking the nearby station, even if it's a couple of houses away, or on the edge of it's catchment area. I also received this error trying to place a depot. Also, I noticed it was nudged up somewhat as it came into collision, as if the nearby station had an invisible square in it's proximity.


Any thoughts on this would be appreciated! :)

I was looking for the really old ones but at much closer look I do have them. So yeah, my bad. :)

You won't have all buildings at 1850 as they unlock at different years depending on how modern they look.

Don't know why but I don't have all the buildings shown in your thumbnails. I found the drop off point and the brown brick bus depot, but not the rest. I started a 1850 game but can't find anything else other than a duplicate two-end train station. Any ideas?

Is it possible to remove this mod without making the game crash? If i delete all the stations first will that work?

Wouldn't you mind releasing a version without curved stations? There is a way to disable it? This mod contains just what I needed the most, a cargo unloading station for cities and some nice texture changes, but I don't want the curved stations mod. It's very glitchy.

My two favorite parts in this are the extra-large truck station and the roadside truck stations that act like bus stops.

(I'm ambivalent about removing the end dates from semaphores, airports and bus stops.)

@fmccurry - that's wierd, it is working properly on my save game which is over 100 hours old.
Since I already had this mod enabled I didn't have to add it, all I did was disable the curved stations mod..
Maybe you could try adding this one but NOT disabling the curved stations mod, then once you in the game, make a new save, exit game, THEN try disabling the curved stations.

Game crashes if I disable curved stations. I have about 30 hours in this one.

@fmccurry: I think so, disable curved stations and try it.

I've incorporated the curved station mod into this so you can now build curved versions of all stations. You should disable the curved station mod to avoid conflicts (mostly relating to start and end date of station types). Normally I wouldn't incorporate another mod into mine, but it's an official example mod so I can't see how that is any different to modding the base game. Also I could see no other way of doing it as I needed to merge files from both mods.

Looks awesome! Can't wait to get it when the bugs are worked out!

Can confirm as the others said, I have lost the ability of having Curvey train stations now, went to put a new station down and the option for curving it is no longer there :(

Hiyas, love this mod but the loss of useing the Station Curvature mod is bad for my saves. could you make it so we can still use the defult train cargo/pass station reather then replaceing them. would be a qicker fix for now

This mod seems to interfere with track curvature mod. When I start a new game and lode these 2 mods, I can no longer curve stations
