@tom223 this is 18MB because unless you can symbolic/hard link inside of a .vpk file, the only way to replace every single sound, is to copy the sound file over every sound file of somebody dying. The file for sallaD screaming for a medic bag is only 292KB, but since there are 62 death sounds in total, it has been copied an additional 61 times.

I did a quick Google and found nothing of the sort, but if it exists I'll do it.
