Cheer Pelmen, I've been using this in conjunction with Expert 2.0 a.i with zero issues.

-"Combat Tactics Fixed" - change the load order to make it somewhat compatible."

In common/combat_tactics.txt:
- Add "standard_phase" (or whatever name) to list of phases at top
- In triggers, replace "phase = no" with OR { phase = no\n phase = standard_phase\n }
- Replace "phase = no" with "phase = standard_phase" for phase changes
In localisation/combat_l_english.yml (etc.)
- Duplicate PHASE_DEFAULT:0 line as standard_phase:0 ...
Of course, the tech-activated tactics (BB/TW) also need "active = no".
