Well, then you're going to have to purchase CSS through Steam in order to get the textures required for GMOD. Probably best to get TF2 as well since there are GMOD servers that use TF2 content as well.

it means that you did not install CSS and/or TF2 content. Google "CSS TF2 Content" and follow the instructions on CSCheater website. They provide the needed content, all you have to do is download it, unzip it and put it in your addons folder
