The Russian mod was abandoned awhile ago. You would breathe a lot new life into this game if you brought in ze russians.

kainz160 did you try using the validate command... If that doesn't work find the doi server files and delete them and try again. Something that also happens is steams backend goes down frequently the only option is to wait
