you're right, they have not been seen in the clone wars, however, the 187th are in the lore (wether canon or not I do not know) and they are lead by Windu and have purple markings.

i dont think thses were in star wars the clone wars at all i have seen all seasons and that and have not seen them and purple makes the clones look ugly maybe dark purple
