YES I AGREE IT SHOULD HAVE SIMILAR STATS AS THE CANDYCANE FOR SCOUT BUT INSTEAD OF BLAST RESISTANCE MAKE IT BULLET RESISTANCE (20%)!!!!!!!!!

But... there is already is a candy cane, its for the scout, and pyro also has a giant lollipop so there is no way this will be added. I do like it though and I think you did a good job on it.

Maybe same stats as the Candycane for scout, but instead of blast resistance, make it bullet resistance (20%)

Pyro will be too OP when using it with Backburner. (Enemies drop small medipacks so Pyros will easily regenerate themselves easily)
25% explosive damage vulnerability is also not an obstacle. They will definitely use their CB.
