I love ARK, and would love to do some stuff in Gmod with models. I would use SFM, but I can't figure out the program...

you can lock the models ilumposition to another model and move that mnodel outside of the map. this allows for 100% custom lighting.

I never figured out how would it be done correctly on organic materials in Source, I will look into it in the near future though.
Also, the model is very bright under map lighting. Is there any way to deal with that?
Its a simple 3 model stack of 34,986 polys, but each stack had 3 divisions to meet the polycount for eac h$model section, so it was not exactly too painful to work on but its a memory killer.

Yes, Wildcard has released over 6 TEK models of dinosaurs such as:
Quetzalcoatlus, Triceratops, Rex, Giga, Parasaur, Stegosaurus and Mosasaurus.
