No. Then there would be people complaining about the addons breaking their Gmod because the addons aren't compatible. And keeping such a massive list organised is a full time job. Unless Valve adds a function where other users can be added as moderators to a collection that can help with the organisation and possible incompatible addons it stays like it is. The lack of a sub to all button is a protection against people who don't read.

I tried to beat the system and clicked subscribe to all on all the linked collections, Don't do it. My game went down to 10 fps consistently whith a gtx 1080ti, so just don't. Pick the ones you actually want.

You shouldn't click all of them. Some are incompatible with each other. Which is why there's no sub all button.
