Thank you for the support everyone, original HQ textures will come at a later date, since Overkill's compression method ruined the detail for certain attachments.

@Slightly-BurntToast, while i understand that there's a real life discrepancy, it's called AK17 in-game, which technically means i am free to choose my own background for the weapon. It was mainly directed at Overkill in case it was picked for the legendary tier and required a description.

Congrats on getting this skin released. I find it to be much better with the plain grayscale colors and engravings rather than those really colorful and eye catching skins. IMO those kind of colorful skins can be ugly.

Just wanted to say that the skin is definitely a well-deserved epic from all that detail. Congratulations!

Don't get me wrong, I still like the look of it. I think you could use that story for the c96 though

Actually really like the concept, you should attempt a seperate varient with more color to it. Given the Dios De Los Muertos influences

Its very well made and is fit for the game. However in my personal opinion in no hate what so ever I really don't like this skin at all. I wish it had more color it just feels bland.

Great skin! In my opinion though, I would say add a little more green and blue to the gun, but otherwise its great!

i thinks its more better if you put some colors in there .. like green or blue.

@Ukyo Kuonji, that wouldn't be a wise move for something that just released and was intended for a community safe. If it doesn't get in i will consider it.

@inV, digital; since i use a tablet. I have a sketchbook that i use, but that's only when i'm bored or have a good idea and don't have my tablet nearby.

I guess engravings attract me ;) … especially ones which are made well. Did you made the engravings directly digital or did you draw them on a paper first?

Indeed i have inV. I did not try it out, however, i already had a concept in mind from the get go and dicided to stick to it to the very end; playing around with different gradient combinations will make me lose determination for my initial idea, and ultimately end up staggering my workflow. I took a HUGE risk with engravings as it is. Perhaps for a future project, who knows. I mean, gold and silver does look good in my head *shrugs*

Nice piece of work! Even it is a little bit too dark for my personal taste the engravings look really good. Have you tried how it would look with a golden gradient or a mix between silver/metallic and gold too?

i just want any dark skin for this weapon so i hope that they will add it
