Use the guidance block (A seperate mod gives you this block), unless you want to control the torp manually. The minimal parts required are Penatrator, gyro, battery, guidance, thruster and use a the connector conveyor. If you use the guidance block you want to snap it to toolbar with lock on and one for launch, aim your cockpit at the target and use the lockon guidance command then arm you penentrator followed by using the guidance launch. For manual control you need to have antenia, remote control and camera.
