Civ I had a glitch that if Ghandi chose democracy, his aggresion went to -1, but that wasn't possible in the code, so it cycled back to the highest possible aggresion. As an easter egg, ghandi has higher probability of building and using nukes. Not like he isn't normally denouncing everyone, then again better than nukes.

in one of my game, I was having fun with Mongolia on large map with 20 civs.

Then toward the mid-late game. Ghandi happened. The end.

i have never seen this NUKE happy gandhi but after hearing about it if i play in a game with india i make sure either im them or they are a teammate[might not work i once nuked a teammate for fun] :]

This started off as a glitch. In an earlier civ game, his aggression level was originally set as low as it could possibly be, but when nukes come into play, the aggression level decreased. Ghandi was already at the minimum amount of aggression, so it went into the negatives. When it goes into the negatives, it registered as max aggression. They found it funny so they kept it in the game.

@sebastian it does not remove his ability to use nukes, but reduces it heavily. Removing his ability to use nukes would not be a good idea

@Damestari Not entirely true on 'if you concentrate on culture your army will be inferior' I was playing as Carthage with only the Netherlands and India on my continent, India had been taken over by the Netherlands in the Classical Era. I accidentally forgot to turn of Culture wins when I started the game and, without knowing it, all of a sudden had the Utopia Project wonder ready to be built. I got a cultural victory right as I took the Netherlan'd capital.(They had like 30 cities) I kept playing and took Byzantine, the Huns, and England.

I'm definitely getting this, tough I won't be using it often. Ghandi is always the first one to be dominated. Before nukes exist.
