I just came across this asset and I love it!!! I can't wait to add it to my city's suburb as part of a new commercial development. Thank you for sharing it!

Good to hear. And for what it's worth, I'm not a big fan of the included parking and curbs. I prefer a naked building that allows me to configure parking in a variety of ways. Also, I don't use the ploppable asphalt in most of my parking lots, and my asphalt is lighter colored, so this dark asphalt looks a little out of place when I plop it down. But take all that for what you will. I'm sure some people probably prefer the built-in parking. Good luck. And +1 on the Vons.

@Jexter9510 I'll be doing a Norms, Vons, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Whole Foods, Black Angus, Outback Steakhouse and many more in the future. The next 3 buildings will be for the leisure zone: Pool Hall, Dave N' Busters and then a BevMo for the low density commercial zone.

@matthiaspowerbomb. I found a special way to get the file size down to below 3MB, I'll update this file later today. @ hehehemann... in 3 days I'll be working on making my assets RICO ready.

I like this, but almost 9 megs is a big big for an asset this size, especially a growable.
