I think the suit should be a bit more saturated, the brown and navy you have right now are way to neutral and will mess with team recognition

Or you could maybe Increase the size of the armbands and/or make the shirt team colored and make the tie the paintable part

I feel it kinda obscures the team color, maybe an more reddish/blueish suit would fit in better, like the spy.
