I know this is an older item that probably won't be updated, but some sort of tell for the item (like the enemies getting bluer when you hit them) would be nice.

this item, while broken in certain builds, is really fun. I enjoy using it, and it really feels like a real isaac item (especially with that updated sprite).

Absolutely loved the item! Ended up with a ridiculous synergy that destroyed everything. This item synergizes extremely well with Continuum!

Seems that the texture overwrites all others (including things like Brimstone or Whore of Babylon) which looks...wrong.

altough, I can see an exploit with this, you spam small tears with chocolate milk, then you charge a shot and let a familiar kill the spammed enemy.
