I've used the console command before but that sometimes crashes the game plus I'm not a fan of using too many console commands, thanks.

thats a bug, i don't know what causes it, i know it sometimes works when you manualy uneguip you current shout/power and then equip it.

Found the book, it's not a shout for me. Rather, a power that comes out of my hands. Good mod, but why isn't it a shout?

@andrew.wollack,@freyzor sometimes you need to unequip your current shout first. if that doesnt then i have no idea. maybe re-instal it, it is not a big mod anyway.

@philip.luksch i made it a channeling spell first like sparks, but that didn't work. it derped like crazy. so i made it this and you are right it is OP

The first real comment on what i think about this mod:
The idea is great and i searched for a mod like this, but... i have to admit it´s not as good as i thought. In my opinion it´s not long enough and way too powerful. Balance this power a little bit and it´s gonna be a brilliant mod :^)
(And @Shoteka The Alpha: There IS a DLC called "Dragonborn", just google the Trailer, and there also is a person pukeing black stuff... Who knows nothing? :^P)

@showlen Really? I saw the trailer, there was a guy, i think a corprus-infected, that puked black stuff... But i think this mod should be great even if, in case it works (i didn´t test it yet).
