Some of the assets aren't loading for me? They seem to be the ones hosted on dropbox? If you want the rules converted to pdf, I can do that for you just 'friend" me...

My God, you are brilliant. I guess these were the actual paper rules you had? Seriously, these can't be found anywhere online. Not even on BGG!!!!

Yes, I know that the solo board is in the Geiger expansion, but there's no solo rules anywhere online. I messaged the game publisher to find out. If or when I get an answer, I'll let you know because until such time, it's unplayable solo.

The solo game is not included as part of the base game, but is included in the Geiger Expansion.
All of the Geiger components are in the purple bag on the side rail labeled "Geiger".
I don't see the rules available for the Geiger Expansion online anywhere, though... hmm...
