Only No Mercy and Dead Air use this moon texture. I can't think off the top of my head which other campaigns also have a moon, but if they do then this won't show on those maps.
If you're using informal skyboxes or a similar mod which has a moon in a level where there usually isn't a moon, the moon is part of the skybox and not a seperate entity. So you'd need to edit the skybox and replace the moon. If that makes sense.

No way to put them into the game for normal maps. You can only change existing sounds. The moon texture doesn't have any sound nor would there be a way for them to trigger.

It's an experimental hud I made a while ago. I don't use it for actual gameplay since it's kinda distracting and the hud is more fancy/flashy than functional. It's also missing the ammo counter/info. I moved it since it doesn't really fit the hud's style and you can't really split the ammo info up into multiple parts (from what I know).

Mhm, L4D2 (similar to most source games) scales your fov if you play with a wider than normal aspect ratio. For L4D2 it works both in windowed and fullscreen. Though you may need to have a custom resolution set via the nvidia control panel for fullscreen.
For windowed mode you can just use "mat_setvideomode 1920 700 1", for example.
