For those who wonder , she "indeed" is the shirogami fubuki ( the vtuber )
It is because the one who drew this was her mother . However , she drew this 1 year before fubuki's debut. So I assume that there isn't any story concept on her yet , hololive later on asked the artist for the permission to make live2d & those , which is why although she looks really alike like her , but there's many element inside the wallpaper that doesn't suit fubuki's setting

Is it just me or does the girl in the image looks a lot like Shirakami Fubuki from Hololive? (A Vtuber for those that don't know). Looks great though!
