I forgot, it's been about 5 years since I made this. Usually it's located on one of the seats but if you look around with the flashlight on, you might be able to find it's shadow as the flashlight will still outline invisible objects under certain circumstances.

Maybe it's control for you? This creation is quite old too so it might be out of date.

btw unlocking and locking the top turrets do not work. do you have your C binded to a different thing? since mine is set to default

No, don't reupload it. Why? Simple, most people won't bother seeing the oringal poster if they've already have a complete copy. A reupload is a reupload. I mean, why bother with looking for the real thing if you've already got a copy? So my answer is a firm no.
