That's strange. I have both of these and my game has worked perfectly fine.

However, it does use $forcerefract - literally forcing the material to be refractive - and that might complicate things on older video cards.

@boogerman never mind, ill delete comment.

reason: this mod doesnt crash game, it works perfectly. But with vfire mod it crashes (even withouth it and i thought it crashes game)

Having a look, and trying different solutions... it becomes very clear why HL2's water effects didn't refract in the first place :V

Either way I'll try to push an update since there are some tweaks I wanted to make anyway

I believe that happens at random as a result of the way the texture is refracting. I'll have a quick look at it though since I've been meaning to fix that

Hey Landy I have this problem where when i shoot the water [shallow] the splashs are orange and in deep water its just a dark blue that doesnt match the water why does this happen

the only things modified by this addon are texture files; there aren't any lua scripts or anything
I have no idea what happened on your end, but it may be a conflict with another addon somehow

I like using this as it works good with the fire extinguisher addon as other ones have the water splash being reflective.
