I just checked both models in this addon. To fix the online animation problem with both models, remove the $sequence "grunty" block from the QC file and recompile.

In an online game and if the Witch/Grunty is crying while walking, she sometimes becomes T-Posed.
I'm not exactly sure which animation it is that makes her T-pose.
