Are there plans to get the NPC/Character sprites as well? Most of them are also square, so it should theoretically be possible. (Although they likely need tweaks because they aren't the exact same size.)

You add a tileset like any other resource. You upload it through the Resource Manager tab. To use it, you have to create and/or edit an existing tileset in the Tileset section in the Database tab.
