No... inside the code itself you'll see a self:SetModel( pathhere ). I won't explain how to decompress the gma files though.

Yeah sorry... you would have to extract the file from the gma to get the soucecode just to change the model. This is an old swep, so I never actually made configurations for it.

Just so everyone knows... Lockpicks are for doors that you lock with keys, you need keypad crackers for fading doors.

I used the textures from CustomHQ's Advanced lock picking mod, witch can be downloaded and added to your servers fast dl from here

i did it, in order to change the texture of the lockpick swep, you gotta remove the addon from your collection, or how ever you have it mounted on your server, then us GMAD Extractor, subscribe to this addon on your personal steam account and download it, go to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons then find the prolockpick swep addon GMA file, copy it to a new folder on your desktop, extract it with gmad extractor to a new folder called prolockpick. move that new extracted addon folder called prolockpick to your server addons folder, and edit both config files for the prolockpicks, go to line 23, and line 24 and change these felids:
SWEP.ViewModel = Model("models/weapons/v_knife_t.mdl")
SWEP.WorldModel = Model("models/weapons/w_knife_t.mdl")
to what ever texture you want, WorldModel is what other people see when you hold the weapon, and ViewModel is the texture that you see when holding it on your own screen.

I'm getting script errors when using the pro lockpick, is there a fix? I have it set up correctly on the workshop.lua, collection, and even extracted the files and directly added them into the server addons folder so whats the problem?

Goblin_Assassin its a swep used for "darkrp door", there is no same door system in default sandbox so i dont think so, its not used for lockpick fading door or door from tools but door from darkrp gamemode

Sir Slothington, do you use 2.5 or 2.4 darkrp ? as you can see in entity names , pro_lockpick is for 2.4 and pro_lockpick_update is for 2.5 , look wich one you use

Propblem - Having the newer lockpick disables the progress bar for the normal lockpick
Fix - Well, I fixed it a while ago, but I think its just taking the old lockpick and putting it in the same catogory and editing the menu function to be the same.

You need to make it so it can lock-pick fading doors.

This serves as a lockpick for doors and a "keypad cracker" for keypads.

Make sure you use the proper lockpick for your darkrp version. I included 2 of them for a reason.
