Sometimes Gmod needs to reboot in order to get some addons mounted correctly.

I still remember one time I had to restart 3 or 4 times in order for all of them to load their skins.

That's how the old saying goes;
Gmod - when everything's working, it means something is broken!

I hope this advice helped, even tho that post was over a year ago.

When I spawn these, the naked ranger(no equipment) has errors all over his body and the ranger with equipment has an error on the pistol. Is there anyway to fix this?

I remember 'Black Tuesday' and 'Hunter Killer' in MW3. I just don't remember the Rangers in the levels. I thought they were all Delta Force.

It's been gone over before but yes it does. They aren't playable but they are background characters in the New York maps. The models are mostly the same as MW2 but they were modified to be less marshmellow-y in MW3 along with some new geometry.
