I know how night maps work.

Might be because most "night" maps are simply recolors of day maps, and dont forget that most (night) city maps implement streetlights to prevent this darkness. This map forces players to use their headlights. It also allows them to be concealed by the darkness which is the reason why this version even exists.

@Flowx, what I'm saying is that this is the darkest night map i've ever seen on gmod.

why does one corner in the skybox crash my game?

so if the sky doesn't look like what it should be, it's probably skypaint overriding skybox. i've dealt with that myself on a few moon maps too and it confused the hell out of me

luckydo: make sure your skypaint, or some other sky editing thing, does NOT have the "override skybox" option checked. better reset it to default just to be sure

@Luckydo i dont know , maybe you got some addons causing that issues , or its just this new skybox editing shit ... not really my fault. This map works great on my friends pc's
