Apoc just said "Playermodels are unlikely for a while at least." Means he doesn't have any current plans for them.

The Diamond Sword pack was removed automatically from the workshop due to texture errors that I nobody warned me about. The pack will be re-added at a later time with more to it. Playermodels are unlikely for a while at least.

Do you have any future plans to port the weapon models and other class models as well?
Within reason of course, porting EVERY bloody weapon would be an undertaking no doubt, same with porting the cosmetic skins, as people would no doubt expect faceposing included with them.
